First Insurance was re-launched in 2011 with First Van offering van insurance for younger and convicted drivers.
As we’ve grown, we’ve developed a wide range of insurance products tailored to suit the needs of our customers. We focus on new and innovative products, striving to continually improve and build upon our current offerings.
We like speaking directly to our customers so we can really understand what they’re looking for in an insurance policy. We’ve asked our policyholders this question and of course the majority wanted to drive down the price of their premiums. However, a lot of people wanted a wider range of products such as breakdown cover, excess protection and key protection.
Once armed with this knowledge we worked closely with some of the largest insurance companies such as Aviva, Axa and Ageas to enable us to offer great policies at exclusive rates for our customers.
